good show that tackles gender politics and inter-family stuff, but also a variety of societal issues. like law and order, the show has episodic themes that are drawn from real headlines. these serve as good fodder for conversation as well as interest on a per show basis. i don’t love the things alicia florrick is doing, but she’s a great character who is complex and good at her job. good show.
