documentary about the michelin star system. follows a few restaurants and chefs who have stars, explains the system, and looks at what it takes to get a star. i have a problem with this crap because i think it’s just euro-centric elistist shit so maybe i can’t judge this documentary objectively. honestly, i’d rather have al’s big burger on san pablo than eat at most of these places. whatever.
