another solid 30 for 30. this one is about the loma prieta earthquake and what happened after the earthquake hit. very little of the story is about the games and that makes sense because the series itself was a snooze fest because the giants didn’t even show up. the real drama was off the field in the form of mother nature. the director does a really good job with some of the visuals and that was the highlight for me. only will clark represented the giants’ side of the storytelling which is fitting since the giants didn’t show up in the games either.
