basically just a documentary with ice-t hanging out with other rappers talking about rap and hip-hop. there’s some nice material in there for hip-hop heads, but it’s mostly a missed opportunity in my opinion. the interludes were nice and the cast included most of the big names (jay-z and the beastie boys being the two biggest omissions that i could think of).
