has the wes anderson feel, but doesn’t really approach his early stuff in terms of interest or quality. basically, i think that wes anderson is off the must see list at this point. he had one great film and a couple other good ones, but i’m no longer seeing the point or entertainment value. if you want a quirky film with the anderson look and feel then every couple years you can watch whatever he comes up with next. i’d rather just rewatch rushmore, though.
