basically the same as any other happy madison production in the last ten years and that’s either a good thing or a bad thing depending upon how you feel about adam sandler. i happen to think he has a pretty good formula and he mostly follows it here. he doesn’t have his usual snl friends make cameos here (though kevin nealon does make an appearance, we don’t see david spade or rob schneider). no big losses there. jennifer aniston is fine and the writing produces some laughs.
