comedy that revolves around curling. it’s only mildly funny and it doesn’t really separate itself from most sports movies other than its sport is curling instead of baseball or football. like all sports movies the film is also about overcoming hardship and teamwork and personal triumphs. ultimately, though, it’s only notable because it’s a movie about curling and that’s why i watched it. oh, and leslie nielsen is in it.
