good film about the law and the limitations thereof. pacino plays a good guy that reminded me a bit of his character in serpico. he’s real good here, but i prefer him when he’s a bit more on the bad side, like godfather or scarface. his intensity comes out here, but it’s not quite as powerful when it doesn’t have menace behind it.
