other than the ending which makes absolutely no sense, this is a fun little con-man movie. maggie gyllenhaal, john c. reilly and diego luna are all good. it’s a pretty straightforward con-man flick and the end is only surprising because it’s completely unbelievable. that said, i did guess it. it was one of only two guesses that i had, but i rejected it because it just didn’t make any sense. the filmmakers don’t explain it to make it more believable which i figure is just a mindfuck.
