decent enough film noir with robert mitchum. he’s joe average who gets roped into going to mexico to be a fall guy for a gangster. it’s more complicated than that, but that’s a good enough synopsis. nothing really grabbed me, but it has a couple good lines and it’s a film noir so you can’t go wrong. vincent price plays an actor who goes on the hunt to help mitchum. his character goes through the film reciting shakespeare and pontificating about this and that. too long and too much shooting/action.
