this one is all about the writing. sure there are cheesy moments, but the characters are drawn in a way that draws in most anyone in this age range. it’s basically the same as most films of the genre so it’s not different, but it did help revive the genre and stifler defines the male “mook” as well as anyone since belushi in animal house. the unrated version doesn’t really have any extra tn’a or shocking language.
