pretty bad frankenstein-type horrorish film. it’s about a cop who was killed in prison (longer story than i want to get into) and was brought back to life by a doctor. it’s not funny like reanimator or evil dead, but it does have a few (intentionally?) funny moments. the premise and acting are equally bad so this is really only for the most die hard bruce campbell fan.
