not the greatest happy madison production you’ve ever seen, but it may have been the most didactic. the premise is simple and not altogether novel (think “some like it hot” or something similar), though ripe for humor. kevin james wasn’t all that humorous, though his weight was the butt of many jokes. overall a forgetable piece of comedy that delivers enough laughs.
