Gay Republicans

Reviewdocumentary about log cabin republicans, some of whom consider themselves gay first and republican second, others who feel the opposite, but they all voted for bush in 2000. it’s interesting because it’s a segment of the population that doesn’t fit into the normal political demographic breakdowns that people talk about. they’re not “soccer moms” or evangelicals or young voters, etc. it’s a seemingly contradictory term, but it simply comes down to the fact that the people in the documentary aren’t so simple that they are single issue voters (unlike crazy anti-abortionists, who also happen to be republican).
