a wacky woody allen film that features a lot of little gags that don’t necessarily fit into the larger narrative, but serve a comedic purpose. this one doesn’t have the vintage woody allen voice that we see in annie hall and other films, though it shows the promise of his writing. worth checking out for allen fans.
