Reviewone of the better bond flicks i’ve seen. maud adams is hot in this one (maybe because she’s not as waif-like and helpless as in “man with the golden gun.”), the title is pure bond, the opening scene is exciting and well-done, the fight on the outside of a flying plane is awesome, the chase through the streets of an unnamed street in india is great, the gadgets are good, and the comic relief is very good. the only drag about the film is that moore seems a bit over the hill here. physically he still seems up to the task, but he just looks like an old guy. overall it’s james bond done very well.
