i was never a huge fan of napoleon dynamite, but i like jack black and i didn’t have anything else to do so… nacho libre is a decent film that mixes the comic styles of jim jarmusch and the farrelly brothers. it’s got some offbeat humor, but it delivers it in a deadpan manner. the story sags a bit, as it does in napoleon dynamite. overall it’s probably only for people who liked hess’ previous work.
