this trilogy (yes, i’ve seen them all) is mostly about finding inventive ways of dispatching the main characters. this one does a pretty good job of coming up with interesting ways of kills off the characters. i think the weakest part of the film is that it actually tries to be scary. i think that the second one didn’t try to do that and so it leant itself better to mockery. worth checking out if you’re bored and aren’t too much of a film snob.
