half hour documentary on a single battle during world war II which was directed and narrated by john huston. the narration is well-written and spoken. the material is unbeatable. it does a good job of relaying the real costs and rewards of war in a small, unaffected document. huston does a good job of constructing an understandable and relateable story from footage before, during and after the battles at san pietro.
