almost exactly as good as i expected. it wasn’t hilarious, but it wasn’t a flop either. there were some comedic stretches, but most of it was straight ahead stiller/wilson comedy. the direction hit the marks, but wasn’t fantastic. jay roach is a better comedy director than todd phillips.
