not exactly a filmed, play, but i did wonder what the point of bringing to the screen was. on paper it’s a pretty decent piece and the actors did a good enough job, but the film didn’t really speak to me. there were some mild laughs and it’s nice to see a film like this that is able to stay pretty fresh 60 years later, but i didn’t really get into it.
