Reviewshows that bob dylan is nothing more than a highly talented run of the mill beatnik. his ideas aren’t revolutionary or well-formed, but when this was filmed he was a young guy discovering the world and popularity. not all that well filmed, but it was a running camera in the right place at the right time. more interesting than dylan himself, i found, were those who were around him. wish it had focused on them a bit more…their motivations for being there, what they think of him, etc. overrated on the whole.
