good narrative techniques, what else would you expect from hitchcock? this was meant to be a silent film, but the studio made it a talkie, kinda takes away from the movie. kind of a boring film, with some moments of hitchcock potential shining through. only watch it if you are hard up for another hitch-cock. haha .
